They prepare site profiles for us using mapping analysis anywhere in Canada, examine micro-level market demographics, give competitive analyses, plans of sub-divisions, traffic counts, activity generators, aerial photography, and competitive gasoline volumes. Corporate Geographics has also been instrumental in creating Market Development Plans for store expansion in Ontario and Western Canada –examining macro-level demographics, economics indicators and competition.

We consider Corporate Geographics a virtual extension of 7-Eleven’s Real Estate Development department in that it functions as an on-call partner that treats proprietary information with the utmost professionalism and confidentiality.
